Customer Obligations

Delays stemming from unfulfilled customer obligations fall outside our responsibility.

Payment Terms

• Initial deposits may be necessary for material procurement and schedule reservation

• Balance payment becomes due at substantial project completion unless alternative arrangements exist

• Overdue payments may result in additional fees

• Persistent non-payment may trigger collection procedures or mechanic's lien filing as legally permitted

Concrete Characteristics & Performance Guarantees

Customers recognize inherent concrete properties:

• Minimal surface cracking during curing phases

• Natural color inconsistencies in decorative applications

• Performance affected by climatic conditions, soil dynamics, and external influences

Warranty provisions, when applicable, are detailed in project contracts. Coverage excludes damage from improper use, inadequate maintenance, chemical contamination, heavy machinery, or uncontrollable environmental factors.
